2021 - 2022

Head of Strategy and Partnerships, Expr3ss!

Expr3ss! Predictive Hiring Technology is a powerful, online solution to quickly and cost-effectively pinpoint candidates with the right skills, attitudes and cultural fit.

I was employed on a fixed term contract,  Reporting directly to the co-founders and General Manager, to created new partnership and sales strategies in line with the leadership team’s two-year growth forecasts.

An offbeat, award-winning bunch of learning experts and storytellers, The ID Crowd empowers organisations to create change and solve real business problems through the power of thoughtful and transformative digital learning.

I assisted in reviewing product market fit and scalability, helping create scalable go to market strategies, sales strategy, playbook, and team structure. 

The ID Crowd was acquired by Deloitte in 2022.

2018 - 2019

National Account Manager, Adventure Operations Australia

AOA is Australia's favourite outdoor company!

I worked with the consumer electronics, grocery and pharmacy channels setting up the strategy and execution for private label and consolidated brand portfolios after AHA’s acquisition of Australia’s two largest outdoor and adventure brands OZ Trail and Companion Brands.

2022 - Current

General Manager, Learning Lounge

Founded in Australia, with over 500+ courses in our library, Learning Lounge is Australia’s largest and fastest growing micro-credential library and marketplace.

Online Courses Australia, the retail arm of Learning Lounge, was recognised as one of the fastest growing start-ups in the AFR fast starter list in 2022.

As a key member of the executive team, I am responsible for driving the overall growth strategy of the company. This included identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing markets, and increasing overall revenue and profitability.

2018 - 2021

Director of Strategy - Public Sector & Key Accounts, Go1

One of Australia's fastest growing unicorns, Go1's Content Hub is the largest curated eLearning library, available for a single subscription.

I was a key member of the growth and acquisition teams driving GO1’s expansion to government and enterprise channels in Australia and New Zealand. 

2015 - 2018

General Manager - Asia Pacific, Striiv Inc

Striiv, recognised as the pioneer in custom health wearables, encourages behaviour change and delivers data insights to healthcare companies. Striiv is dedicated to helping people improve their health by providing coaching through the wearable and returning valuable biometric data to providers, insurers, and physicians.

I was responsible for delivering solutions to the wellness, health, fitness and lifestyle industries overseeing the strategic partnerships, customer engagement, market entry and launch of Striiv's wearable devices and data driven productivity platforms to the consumer and corporate sector across the Asia Pacific region.

2015 - 2017

Co-Founder and Director, Sleep Science Australia

A market leader in health services and preventative solutions for sleep disorders, Sleep Science Australia led the way in awareness, research and development of cost effective solutions affecting sleep conditions.

The project, later falling under the healthcare portfolios of Lif3 Australia and Striiv APAC, was responsible for overseeing clinical research, development and the execution of sales, marketing and communications strategies for all Sleep Science brands across the retail and health care sectors in Australia and New Zealand.

2013 - 2015

National Sales Manager - Australia and New Zealand, Actegy Health

Actegy Health, design, develop and market innovative healthcare products, designed to improve the health and wellbeing of the people who use them. Actegy intelligently harnesses the power of science to bring innovative and effective home healthcare products, which are proven to work.

As National Sales Manager at Actegy Health, I lead the team that introduced the Revitive Circulation Booster to the consumer electrical markets and the traditional pharmacy channels in Australia and New Zealand.
